The explore page finally shows all (almost, blog search is currently in the works!) of Ampwalls catalogue in one place. When you first land on the page, you’ll see four browseable lanes (one for each category) so you can scroll through what’s out there without committing to a specific search. Each lane is organized by latest releases.
Explore supports two ways to search. Both approaches work from the same search bar, so you don’t have to think about which mode you’re in.
Search by name: just type what you’re looking for and hit Enter. This works best when you know what you are looking for. You can only have one query at time. When you use this, you will have quotes around your search query in the bar below the search bar:

Browse by tags: click a tag or select one from the suggestions as you type. We recommend this search style if you’re looking to find something new. You can use multiple tags at a time. When you use this, you will have no quotes around your search query in the bar below the search bar

Directly above the search bar you’ll see a row of tags you can click to start exploring. What shows up here changes depending on what you’re doing:

When you click into a specific category the page switches to a focused view for that category. Each one has its own set of filters so you can zero in on exactly what you want.
The music and merch experience are actually the same experience. By default, when you focus music or merch it filters to only one or the other. However the type dropdown lets you bring either back in, or narrow more. You can also filter by price and release date.
